We start with a full Performance Audit โ€” assessing your movement, body composition, nutrition and lifestyle. From there I build you a fully customised programme and we meet weekly to review progress, adjust the plan and keep you accountable. You get direct access to me throughout.
Most clients notice improvements in energy, movement quality and performance within the first 2โ€“3 weeks. Visible body composition changes typically show within 6โ€“8 weeks when you follow the programme consistently. The 90-day mark is where the real transformation happens.
